Hi All,
In the installation guide provided with the templates, the first point is to “go to Administration area”E.G. In Administration area, as usual, choose Installers->Templates – Site
Where can this administration area be found, and how do you access it?
Regards Izator.

Thanks for that info, i punched that into the address bar and
got the following message when trying to log on to http://www.floronet.com/administrator“The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.”Any ideas on where to go from here?
Thanks for your assistance.

If some of them have permissions 777 change it to 755December 22, 2007 at 10:03 pm #235088I have uploaded Joomla and have had zero luck in my attempts to configure it with the browser response being much the same as above. (followed manual) To add to my joy I am dealing with a new domain host that is taking a long time to respond to any questions I submit. End story is that I am going nowhere fast!

I have been chipping away and seem to have Joomla 1.5 installed. However if I go to the http://www.mydomain.com/administrator it asks me for a password etc and then I go into a page that has Welcome to Joomla!, and has the following things across the top bar:
Site. Menus. Content. Components. Extensions. Tools. Help.In the Install Manual it says to go to:
a. In Administration area choose Installers->Templates – Site’
This “Installers–> Templates–> Site option does not seem to be there on the page I get showing up.
Any ideas what could be wrong here? All advice gratefully appreciated and followed!
