When I like view side I have information:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /silesiaequestrian/plugins/system/t3/includes/joomla25/layout/file.php on line 436

Hi

This is due to your php version too old , also your backend doesn’t works correctly ,also did you deleted the installation folder ?

yes , besouse when I download the same jommla folder and data base sgl to another serwer its worked there, but on target server something was wrong so I think to download again.

I verified your cpanel settings unfortunately there is no english language support available on it so i cannot make changes

Ask to your hosting provider to verify for you these settings

Software: PHP (Magic Quotes GPC off): 5.3.1 + (5.4+ recommended)
Databases

MySQL(InnoDB support required): 5.1+
MSSQL 10.50.1600.1+
PostgreSQL 8.3.18+
Web Severs

Apache 2.x+
Microsoft IIS 7
Nginx 1.0 (1.1 recommended)

That’s why you should ask to your hosting provider how your host is configured and why it has this differences
