Have you solved the problem on your site? I checked the back-end of your site and saw it’s working fine, see the screenshot

I am not sure what did you install JCE editor on your site, but you can try to remove JCE editor and download JCE 2.5.12 from here and install it on your site again

I tested with that version with administrator user permission and it’s working fine at my end.

In this case, you should give me the credentials: super admin and administrator again

I need to check the configuration from JCE editor or try to re-install it on your site again. Hope it will help you to solve the problem with administrator account without see JCE editor from Article

do you any solution for it?

Did you try with my suggestion here ?

JCE editor is a 3rd party extension, our product doesn’t have any option to disable it.

You can send me the credentials of your site: Super Admin & Admin account via your reply and Set as private reply. I will help you to check this.

I fixed the problem directly on your site with the solution below

    • Go to Admin of your site -> Component -> JCE editor -> Profiles -> and set it as my screenshot
