I can only assume there is a javascrip conflict but without seeing yor site it is going to be impossible to diagnose.

I will take a look but I struggle with javascript stuff. I also do not know the third party extension you are using. If I cannot fix it then it might be worth asking on the site you got the third party extension from as they probably have come accross this many times before.
