Please post a link to your site and an image detailing what you want to accomplish. It is very hard to know exactly what you want without that.

Before you post a link please go into the template manager and in the general tab set css optimization to “No” so we can see the css correctly.

You open the file: templates/ja_teline_iv/css/template.css
and find :

.ja-header-r { padding: 0; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 40px; width: 500px; }

you change size and its position via this rule
