September 26, 2011 at 4:46 am #168954Dear support team,
I have an issue regarding the registretion of new users to my website.
I’m using AEC to control the plan/payment selection for my users, after installation and everything set up as one of my other sites – the payment plan selector do not show up.How to reconstruct this issue:
1. enter the website
2. scroll down to the login box at the middel of the site
3. press “Registrer” – there should now be displayed a payment plan selection site, but the site it totally blank.I have tried on several other templates and they all show the right page, what can be wrong?
As always thank you very much for your help! You guys do a great job, both with your development but also this whole support forum!

October 20, 2011 at 6:25 am #420381julian your site is extremely out of date. Joomla, and all of Joomlarts software is obsolete. You are running J! 1.6.5 and not only because of the many security issues in that series, but because of the changes / bug fixes alone, we simply can’t support that product.
You’ll need to update to at least 1.7.0 but I’d strongly recommend 1.7.2 since there are security issues for older software.
Same for our products. Please use JAE and update all your software of ours.Julian Christmas FriendJulian Christmas

October 20, 2011 at 7:02 am #420393Hey n6rej, see here comes the fun, I have tried all the newest versions, and there seems to be some issues in regardes to Teline and J1.7, that is the simple reason I havent updated anything.
So if you can garenti me that Teline will work with J1.7 and non of my Joomlart components will break under J 1.7, then ill update straight away so that we can resolve this issue 🙂

I’ve gone ahead and created a ticket for you, where you can securely supply your site & login information. In the mean time check and see if you have the “hide middle content” button checked in the template config. -
