That means you need to set the images folder permissions to 755 or 777 and refresh the page. Please PM me your FTP login details, i shall try it for you.

mkdir() [function.mkdir]:

That means, the system is not able to make the directory. Its a permission issue with your images folder. where the template script is trying to make a “resized” folder so as to store the thumbnails generated on the fly.
