Hi,

until three days i have this problem but anybody answer my mails.

AFTER INSTALLATION WEB SITE CAN NOT BE DISPLAY

I would like to know if you have some information to give us… yesterday I sent you to your email additional information about our problem. Here is again:

We installed in a local server the quickstart of Teline III v1 and v2 with the same problem. Then we installed the quickstart ja_rave and this site works fine.

The information for connection to our hosting is:

Administration page:

Password:admin

we pay a developer membership and support is very very bad
can anybody answer or give us some ainformation?

The link you provided is not working.
First I’d like you to recommend – make sure your web-site is run on PHP5, including all modules.
If you still experience problems, set error reporting mode to max. It could be done by setting via FTP in configuration.php
var $error_reporting = ‘6143’;
And you’ll see error description if any.
