After publishing all custom css codes disappear and no changes applied to the page I’ve tried 3 Browsers Chrome FireFox MS-Edge I’m trying to apply a simple code to change navbar bg color (This Page)

OK the issue is only with (This Page ) field in the Advanced Sitting section, when I put the code in (All Pages ) field it works and save the changes and the code remain after publishing, that means that the changes will be applied to the block in all site pages.

Another issue, when using the setting menu parameters nothing applied after publishing but the changes remains in the edit page
