    Hello,

    i tried to post in General section but im not allowed to post there….
    I have submitted some threads/replies in the JA Job Board section which seems to have been reviewed before posting. Im still waiting for these posts 😉

    After this i have submitted a support ticket with my questions and problems but there is still no response.

    Is there any time delay for reviewing posts or tickets for new members? If so, im sorry for posting 😉
    But i cant post anywhere even when i have bought this component.
    Is there any direct support mail or anyhting for JA Job Board?

    After you purchase a full license is the only time that you will receive support for these products. The pre-sales questions area is the perfect place to ask questions prior to purchase as here you will receive a response.

    However be warned that if your question suggests that you have illegally obtained a copy of any of the products then you will also not receive an answer.

    Support Tickets are for paid members also as well.

    The delay on the forums is based on how quickly someone finds your thread and this weekend the forum has been quite slow. Support Tickets are not answered over the weekend, and are normally answered in about 24 hours.

    I have owned and bought this component legal, i dont now why i have the unlicensed member badge.

    I tried to post in JA Job Board section but it was not possible as they must be reviewed. Thats what the forum told me 😉

    Ok, so far i know everything about support. I have received a message today 😉

    Hello,

    After hard work configure my site i found that menu is not work properly.
    when i click on each menu the color of the bar of module and link change accept the back color of the menu is not work. please advise.
