Hi there,

advance I apologize for my not too good english.

I bought after a long search on the internet to YES Lens Style here in the forum. Especially in this style appealed to me on the demo page is the home page with the pictures very much.

I have used style for hours now trying to provide a way on how to see on the demo page.

I have here tried to take over the menus and settings, but after many try this just did not work and I do not see on the home page, unfortunately the pictures.

I have also created CATEGORIES The following, then linked in the Home menu but I just do not see or can this. In the timeline or something to see, even if I do not click it

I do not go on and hope I can help here in the forum.
If needed I also like to create an user to the Admin CP to watching! This then via PM.

Is due to a module or a setting?

Now I have again tried to install the module and based on the demo page it tries to provide a. But unfortunately it has not changed anything.

To me it just goes to the home page, and slideshow that can be found on the demo page. I hope you can help me further.

Hello saguaros

I sat down again now 2 days Intesiv with all modules and menus apart. I was able to customize everything in the floor plans of the demo page.
Unfortunately, on the home page it does not work the images of categories to show.

17 items here at 2012 are shown. Also, the categories are at this link.

On my page:

shows it to me after a long loading time while 2013 and 7 items, but I do not see the images. Also I can not view the images on the categories.

I just do not find the error. Do I need to tweak here, a module or a plugin? I come here just not on.

Out of curiosity … When you installed your template using the quickstart installation process,
did you also install the sample data ??

Hello TomC

So I have installed Joomla 2.5 I have also installed with the sample datas.
Then I downloaded and installed the QuickStart file from JA Lens.

Then I used the User Guide and tried to create everything:

besides, I have tried to compare the demo site and my installation, but I unfortunately do not get it back.

I think, perhaps, you may have taken an additional step you didn’t need to take in this process.

You only need to install the JA Lens quickstart package (w/ sample data) – as this installs Joomla for you as well.
You do not need to first install Joomla and then the JA Lens quickstart.

So, if you haven’t done anything significant on your site yet, my suggestion would be to wipe the slate clean
– including the database you set up for this site – and start from scratch.
