Why is that every time I made change in some module I get this error in my web site:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, … and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This was not happening until I started to use these templates.

(no, you can’t see my web site, it is not on-line it is in my machine unless you want to come and see it here, so frustrated with your support and these templates).

We can only provide accurate support if members post enough details about which template they are using and stop posting everything in the GENERAL forums. if you are using JA Tiris for instance post in the JA Tiris forum, Please. Their are rules for obtaining support, Like post in correct forums, provide links to live site, if site isn’t live upload the blessed thing so we can look at css, modules etc. It ain’t rocket science.

The templates and the T3 system is complex, if you wannabe a web designer, you need to be prepared to learn something about Joomla, T3 templates etc. and have some clue what’s what. Support is pretty good here, but ya can’t teach Joomla/Web Design in a few short posts on how do you do this? The search button on the forum, as well as typing the error msg you are getting (in part) into Google can bring quick answers.

tfosnom, thank you for you answer, but I already know Joomla and I have been working with it since 2008 and as I wrote before “This was not happening until I started to use these templates”.

If T3 system is so complex then these kind of errors should be handled properly by the system. The error as you can see is the one returned on the browser, I can post any information about errors in apache or any other component you want.

I am not asking you to teach me Joomla or CSS or how to configure a web server, this is an internal error generated by the template and if you have any logs or traces where I can find why this is happening then let me know. I have posted different questions and I have resolved them by myself ’cause nobody can’t respond to “simple” questions.

I am not here to learn where to post my questions. This is a general error that could happen with any template since this is not normal with any other templates created by other companies, so if nobody is responding in templates forums then I would post here.a Moderator could move it or do whatever he wants that’s why is a moderator.

so tell me, what information do you need? I can send even the tmp files, core files, anything you want from linux, apache, Joomla whatever you need to tell me why this template generates an internal server error.
