After updating JA Comment to latest version I get this error on all pages

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class plgSystemJAComment in /home/pejaonli/public_html/plugins/content/jacomment.php on line 725

JA Comment everytime is showing in front of extended fields even though I have setup everything correctly … please help me
