After upgrading the templates … the images are not showing.

What did you do ti upgrade – and what, exactly did you upgrade to/from?

Have you checked the links – within your content – for the “missing” content?

Ja_Fubix template – upgraded from version 1.0.6 to version 1.1.0 at 10 Jul 2014

Yes I checked the articles and links are not missing. It’s just today after upgrading.

I deleted the video-placeholder.jpg, the images of the content still not showing just the arrow play button.

This problem has been fixed in latest version, please update your template and recheck.

Remember to take a backup of your site first.

The template is updated version 1.1.0 but the issue is still not fix (JA Content Popup) The images are not showing up

Thanks for the info but unfortunately, I don’t see any files / folders after connected to your site via FTP. In addition, I still couldn’t login to your site back-end. Please temporary disable IP restriction so I can start the work.

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I uploaded latest version in your site and it works fine, please follow these steps below to check :

1. You can see there are 2 folders in root_folder/templates/ named ja_fubix and ja_fubix_updated (this is latest version I uploaded)

2.Now rename current folder ja_fubix to ja_fubix_old and rename folder ja_fubix_updated to ja_fubix and you will see that it works fine.

Thanks ..
I followed the instruction but the issue was not solve and some of the layout of the pages also changed so I had to rollback.

Is there a way to hide the images and show only the title of the content?

Hi,

Please open root_folder/templates/ja_fubix/css/custom.css (if you don’t have this file, just create a new one) then add this code :

.t3-module.videos .ja-cp-image {
display: none;
}

Save your file an recheck.
