I just went through with my website installation with a moderator and i just encountered another problem. I just uploaded the logo and the front end shows nothing after entering my web address: http://www.crateshub.com. I really need help to beat deadline. thank you

Its not about logo.
The homepage is using featured articles and there is no featured articles on Your site.
I removed and logo and result is same.

I have put it there a wrapper but cant see the menu and the footer. but the info in the wrapper is showing.

I now have articles on the website http://www.crateshub.com but no menu showning on the homepage. the other modules too are not showing.

In addition to the menu and news sticker not showing, the slideshow too is not showing up at the frontpage of the website.

You have assigned component layout so that it’s not showing.
I assigned default layout and you can see all the position are header is showing now
