I can back up all my sites except those on teline iv template

I am using Joomla 1.5.23

is there any known issues/fixes?

As far as I know, there are no issues within Teline IV that would prevent it being backed-up via Akeeba as any other site.

What errors or roadblocks are you experiencing?

It sounds like you may have some permissions issues with your server files – have you checked your chmod permissions settings?

Of your server/template directory files. In general folders should be set at 755 and files at 644.

Your webhost’s Technical Support should be able to assist you with this as well.

Hello,

These permissions were never changed though and it worked previously.

I don’t know if it’s something I’ve recently installed but I tried disabling all new extensions and still no luck…

I have asked around and there is no consensus as to this issue happening to anyone (that I checked with), to date.

Are your template files up-to-date (via your Extension Manager?)
