You in your expected screenshot there is some space in top that u want to add on the name of menu .
I found u have applied custom code in custom.css file for line height that result this
remove the codeline-height: 1.3;

its already in the middle , because the height of the item is is using the maximum space it looks like this .

you have added a lot of custom code for the main nav that does not allow u to make changes .
Since there is no space in the header its not possible to add margin or padding http://prntscr.com/c6oxyb
for the title . -
