    Hi
    You in your expected screenshot there is some space in top that u want to add on the name of menu .
    I found u have applied custom code in custom.css file for line height that result this
    remove the code

    line-height: 1.3;

    Hi
    its already in the middle , because the height of the item is is using the maximum space it looks like this .
    Take a look on the menu item that has long word > http://prntscr.com/c6o79n its using full space and the style code is used same for all items .

    So is there a way to use two line of text (because some categories have a long name) and keep it aligned to the one line names like the pict ive attached of desired result in the first post?

    Hi
    you have added a lot of custom code for the main nav that does not allow u to make changes .
    Since there is no space in the header its not possible to add margin or padding http://prntscr.com/c6oxyb
    for the title .
