Reinstalling the template will not do anything to your articles or modules, but your layout may change.

What exactly have you modified in your template? And have you tried unpublishing that article? And how exactly did you get rid of the image?

I only changed the CSS once, and that was to put my own graphic at the top of the page. I’ve tried not showing that article, but the position of the page remains the same anyway. I removed the image by taking the <img> tag off the page.

So then your best bet at this point is to go ahead and re-install the template. and any optional modules that came with it.
Maybe something got corrupted along the way.

Alright, I tried reinstalling the template, and it didn’t fix anything, I think this might be a bug in the template, what can I try to do to fix this?

You said this happend after you published that article.

Here are a couple more things you can do.

    1. Check the code for that article and fix or remove it.
    2. Check to be sure you installed all template related modules
    3. Check to be sure all those modules are published
    4. Check all modules to be sure they are in the correct positions
    5. Install the quick start package and start from scratch.
