Every time I visit any one of the demo sites, not all the content loads.

Those are just two examples.
for one of the newer templates http://ja-resume.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/ the issue is intermitten. I can visit one page and all content loads but on the next page some items do not load.

This type of issue happens here at the office.
At home from my home PC.
On my smartphone via 4G Verizon.
On my iPad via 4G T-Mobile.
Connected via hotspot to either smartphone or iPad on my laptop.
On my Amazon Windows 2012 server provisioned in the Oregon Datacenter.
