Site with Community Plus template and T3 framework. Has worked fine for several weeks during development. When checking a module change, front page no longer shows. It is all blank. I am still able to access the other pages via seo page names. Tried looking at all of the files on the system to see what had recently changed. Noticed the files in “T3-assets” had last changed (would expect that with cache), and some of the file names looked quite odd. Tried to view/edit an of them, including the index.html file, but they would not open. I tried to copy them, move them, rename them – all to no avail. I went into joomla system and cleared t3-asset cache, and other cache that was listed.
The t3-asset cache lowered in size, but would not completely go away. Then, I could no longer view ANY page, they were all blank, although everything in the Admin site was fine.
The last thing I remember changing was installing (but nothing else) the T3 Blank template for j2.5.

    Any help appreciated!

    Hi Tso
Do you know that T3 cache should clean when you change any setting in backend site for update new setting. So please make sure that you site work well when disable all cache. If it ok, then you can enable cache for re-write to new cache 🙂

    HeR0,

Thank you for replying. Yes, I have cleared the T3 cache, disabled all cache… but still blank pages. I had an Akeeba backup from 3 days prior, so I restored to another URL directory and was able to get back to work. Lost 3 solid days of dev time though. :((

I would still hope to know why this happened – certainly do not want to repeat the issue!

    Hi Guys,

I have been having the same problem. The site’s homepage is not loading, only a white blank page. The first time I encountered this problem I noticed that several internal pages work and load 100% just like @tso2085 mentioned in his previous post “I am still able to access the other pages via seo page names.”

To resolve this I simply restore the site to the last known backup date; but as you can imagine there’s work and development that just goes to waste, especially a large number or article posts. Might a large number of articles be the cause of this?
@her0, Can I let you know when this problem reoccurs or do you have an alternate solution?

    Kind Regards,
    Henning

    Hi Henning,

When you encounter a white blank page, try to turn on ‘Error Reporting’ in Global Configuration in backend of your site. It will show you more details of what error is.

    Thanks Saguaros,

I’ll do it as soon as I encounter the blank page again. I’ll send you the error report if this happens again?

    Hi Guys,

I have done a number of things recommended by several moderators and support members but none of them seems to work. The site on which this is occurring is located on http://www.themediationcentre.co.za, Every day for the last two months I have to manually restore a backup from the previous restore point for the pages to load again.

Most internal pages are working; again just like @tso2085 mentioned in his previous post “I am still able to access the other pages via seo page names.”

Please guys’ I have increased my memory limit on my web server’s configuration but it does not seem to work. I also turned on error reporting and attached a file with all visible errors.

Please advise. I’m more than willing to provide login details with assistance.

    Regards,
    Henning

    HI Henning,

You can PM me the login info (URL, admin and ftp account) and the URL of page where I can see the blank page. I will investigate further.

    Best
