Hi,

You will get it as my screenshot by applying my tweak below

Create templates/ja_biz/css/custom.css file and add new rule

.languageswitcher-block .mod-languages a.dropdown-toggle {
    display: none !important;
}
.languageswitcher-block .mod-languages .dropdown-menu {
    position: relative !important;
    display: block !important;
    background: transparent !important;
}
