Hi,

To avoid cross posting, I am going to recap all my Bellatrix issues in 1 post – easier to keep track of:

1. The logo at the top of the page does not show in IE?? It does in FF. Have a look @ http://www.frame4.com
2. Can anybody from the design team please tell me the name of the font that was used for the RSS/CSS/XHTML links below right in the template? I would like to add one that reads KLIP, with a matching logo for KlipFolio. Saves me from replacing the whole lot.
3. (Only) when I set my site to full-width, the clipnote on my web page shows what I can only describe as an extra blue bar on top/left side of the message box. Any ideas how to remedy this – it is all OK when either left and/or right modules are enabled. Please have a look @ http://www.frame4.com, and set page width to full/fluid width to see the problem

Hi frame4,

1. Your logo image is having a permission issue and/or containing errors. This can be view by going directly to http://www.frame4.com/templates/ja_bellatrix/images/logo-bellatrix.png or view the image properties in Firefox. Please re-generate your logo using PNG-24 and set the permissions correctly.

2. Our design team will upload this picture for you soon.

3. Please provide the permanent link to your content that having the clipnote.

Thanks for your efforts.

1. Well, if I look at the logo in FF, using the link http://www.frame4.com/templates/ja_bellatrix/images/logo-bellatrix.png, it seems OK, but in IE7, I get an error “Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access /templates/ja_bellatrix/images/logo-bellatrix.png on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.” So I am a bit confused why it would show in FF (as a direct link) and generate an error in IE7?? I will ask our logo creator about PNG24, our logo’s etc are contracted to a 3rd party… are you able to see any info about the logo, for example in Photoshop, or similar?? Because it shows OK in FF… not in IE 6/7??
2. Thanks a lot for the klip logo – I will give it a try later today!
3. Cant really http://www.frame4.com/#Auto doesnt work for me … please go to our site at http://www.frame4.com and set template to Auto width … the two clip classes are added to a static news item …

You download this image package then you unzip (override) it in the images folder of the template.

Hi there,

OK, now :

1. The new logo does not work for me (in IE6, haven’t tested in IE7 yet) — direct linking in IE still gives the same error message as above (“You dont have permission…”).
2. Looks good – thanks for the klip logo!
3. Problems with sticky notes is now solved – great!

I really appreciate your efforts on getting these issues solved … and once the logo issue is solved, I will be really happy :laugh: !
