March 30, 2010 at 3:02 am #338363Hello,
Thank you for the update!
We’re currently running JA Halite V1.0.
What is the best way of upgrading the template, plugins and modules?
Thank you.
April 7, 2010 at 2:26 am #339395The T3 templates are great for the most part. However I don’t seem to get many of them working correctly for handheld devices such as blackberries. For example I installed Zeolite II and cannot see the login form from the home page on a Blackberry 8830.
Can you provide some help files or instruction on how to make the CSS pages for Iphone and Blackberry (handheld.css) work correctly?
Thank you.
Rich

April 8, 2010 at 1:34 am #339536I realize I haven’t been around in a bit …. but are there demo versions of the updated templates with the enhancements?

June 16, 2010 at 4:15 pm #347277Everyone seems to want J3 on every template. JA must have done something right there.
November 5, 2010 at 2:07 am #361699So all of my mega menus dont work anymore, in chrome at least. Apparently my membership ran out like yesterday or something. How the heck do find the fix for this? I need the updated code for the menu parameters – not the new t3, for the old ja-halite.
I dont want to buy a new membership just to fix an old product that stopped working.

November 5, 2010 at 3:35 am #361704How can it not work anymore. Just because they come out with a new update, doesn’t mean that the old doesn’t work any more. They didn’t change the old. They just improved what was already working, so the old should still work too. It is the same with so many software companies. You pay for membership, or subscription for a period and get support for that time. You get support and upgrades during that time. I have many modules I have paid for that I know I won’t get updates for when then membership runs out. That does not mean that the modules I used before stop working. And if I still want updates, I just have to continue with the membership.
That said, I really do hope you find a solutions for this. If you post link, url, or something, maybe you can get some help!?
Good luck, marcodeluca 🙂
November 5, 2010 at 11:02 am #361745Um, it seems to be a pretty well documented problem. New browsers were not working with the mega menu – it did not autohide. There has been lots of talk in the forums of new t3 framework which solves the problem. Great. But what about the older menu parameters plugin?
Im hoping JoomlArt continues to be a good company and can post what Im sure will be a very easy code-fix to this problem.
November 15, 2010 at 6:41 pm #362953Thanks for the RTL support given in T3 framework. much needed in Iran!

Hmm, you membership does not show as expired but as a new registration. Having said that you cannot expect to get fixes and upgrades when a membership has lapsed. Nobody can predict what changes to third party software will be, such as the recent updates to Chrome. It follows on that any company cannot provide support to those who no longer have a subscription. There are obviously always exceptions and depending on individual cases sometimes fixes will be provided even after supscriptions have expired.
PS. I was away when all these templates were updated so missed the announcement. Good work by the JA team here.
