because of problems in the Past is my question, if all used pictures licensed free ? Thank you.

As far as I know you can not use the pictures in the templates without written permission as some of them might be copyrighted. I would enquire within ( sending a support ticket ) to Joomlart to ask about this or perhaps they will answer here. But I do seem to remember a similar posting here where they explained that images cannot be used again. However, I am not 100% sure, so….
