    How to allow visitor of my site to change the theme color?
    is it supported in Teline IV?

    I think it is the newer version which support responsive layout

    Hi

    Joomlart T3 Framework has this feature available in the t3v2 version, actually it is not implemented in the T3 and it is not planned for now to add it, but if there will be many requests for it can be evaluated to add it in the next releases of the framework.
