    Hi

    I’d like to change the background behind this youtube video to white. The item is under a blog category. Note that I’ve already changed the item.php so that the video show up as part of the main content rather than than under the comments section.

    I’ve tried changing the background in in the template.css file for the AllVideos plugin having seen a similar post on the joomlaworks forum’s but this didn’t work.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Russell

    I know that part of the downs, I’ve flown there myself. Lovely place.

    As for your problem. please post a link to the page in question as that will make it a lot easier to work out.

    Or, use the following plugin as it has options built in for changing the background. It is based on the tool you are already using but has loads more added – http://allvideos.fritz-elfert.de/

    Hi Phil

    Most of the development I’m doing locally so it won’t look exactly the same on the previous screenshot I sent. However, here is the link to the live site.

    Do you still paraglide / hang glide?

    I’ve not been paragliding for a long time as Windsurfing takes up most of my spare time. I user to fly mainly at Hope in the peaks but when we had foot and mouth all those years back it really put an end to it. I have not flown since 2007 but may get back into it later this year.

    Changing the backfround colour should be easy as it is here =

    div.itemVideoBlock {
    background:url("../templates/ja_teline_iv/images/system/videoplayer-bg.gif") repeat-x scroll center bottom #222222;
    margin:0 0 15px;
    padding:15px;

    }

    But I cannot see where that code needs changing as you have css optimization turned on in the template manager. Switch that off and I will be able to direct you to exactly where to change the code.

    I would stilll think about switching to the other plugin I mentioned as it gives you a lot more control by just using parameters instead of messing with code. It also supports more players.
