Hello
I use the allvideo plugin in a site with smashboard template. For mp3 files, the reader is not correctly displayed. Instead there is a black line.

Hi gerardayache,

It seems that this issue happens on the popup view mode of our JA Smashboard template only. Pls wait me some time, i will check and reply you with any suggestion then.

Hi gerardayache,

We are really sorry for the late response on your concern. The issue comes from the AllVideo plugins when it displays the media file (video/mp3) on the browser running with HTML5 (Google Chrome), especially on popup view. Our developer did help to adjust this plugin, but the few files of AllVideo plugin were modified which i couldn’t explain in detailed what they changed.

The mp3 player of this plugin works fine now. I still suggest you to backup the jw_allvideos folder in plugins/content/ if you use it on other JA Templates in coming time.
