my JA Megamenu never worked….
so I tried something else, it worked; here it is…

1. Disable JA Megamenu
2. Use anothe menu module; say ‘mainmenu’, which is nornally available in Modules section of JA Teline III (V2) template
3. position this at ‘top’
4. Configure main menu in menus section of control panel (backend); and create a menu ‘Member’
5. Configure ‘Member’ with ‘Separator’ layout and using JA Extended parameter, pick ‘Member’ from modules section; and save it
6. Now go to Modules section and configure ‘Member’ module with position at ‘top’

this will give ‘member’ module exactly at megamenu place. similary you can configure ‘search’ , twitter and others. lol
