    Hi
Your template directory files are not writable . Check the permission and ownership of files with hosting provider As i remember you also have same issue in past due to permission issues .

    Hi
the changes are applied on front end , but the size is not applied , Layout > Responsive layout , you can change the size . But as the changes not writable in layout files you need to make the files writable before applying it .

Can you tell the layout files location?

    Yes
The files are in the template folder /etc/layout/
If u customized then then there will be an override that is present in the /local/etc/layout/
All position sizes that u can see in layout are defined in these files .

This is the customized file storied in the /local/etc/layout/ .
For the code "lg="col-lg-4"", is it mean re-sized as "4" in the setting of position size?

However, these module position still displaying the size in "2".

    Any mistake?

    Hi
Your site homepage is using home-1 layout , you are editing default layout , so it not work .
Kindly check the home-1 and set the module position size col-lg-4 for large display , while i suggest you to fix ownership/permission issue so u can easily change the size from template options .

    Since the ownership/permission are normal.
I’m not sure why the file cannot be rewriteable.

    Hi
kindly take a full backup of site , Update the T3 plugin to latest version and then check . At present you are running on older version .
Also i suggest you to check it in different browser , sometime Chrome cache the page not saving the item.
