i want to install JA Teline tempalte. as i saw there are some files and one of them called: “ja_teline_quickstart.zip“. i read the user manual and there is no info about this file.
i looked at the file and i see that it is the core files of joomla that i have allready from the joomla.org website.

my quastion: am i have to install this file if i want to use JA Teline or not?

as you are unlicensed where sis you get teh Teline template from to read the user nmanual and know what it contains
