This is very strange.
I installed the quick start for J3 and when I try to edit Shop menu item, I get the following error:
An error has occurred. 500 Error loading form filePlease advise.

As I already have described:
1. I Installed the quick start of the template for J3.
2. I try to edit “Shop” menu item of main menu, I get the following error:
“An error has occurred. 500 Error loading form file”So I cannot edit this menu item. I have no problems editing any other menu items.
Please advise.

Sorry to ask, but did you add the entry into your hosts file?
As I said at my first post, I have no problem with any other menu items. In fact I created a new menu item and pointed it at the JoomShopping > category and it works fine. Just this specific menu item has the problem. So I see no reason unistalling anything, especially because I have added products and I don’t want to loose them.
Have you tried to install the quick start at your test system? I believe that you will see the same problem.jooservices Friendjooservices

It’s bug of quickstart you can follow on of these solution:
# Delete that menu item and recreate another one
# Or go to file
administratorcomponentscom_menusmodelsitem.php
comment line 994
throw new Exception(JText::_('JERROR_LOADFILE_FAILED'));
Now you can use that menu item. Click on Menu Item Type and choose : Joom Shopping – Category List / Shop
