    Hi @jooservices ,

    That worked, however the view Joom Shopping – Category List / Shop is different than the view it was before. The old view had a beautiful slide show at the top and a few products under it. The new one just shows the main categories. Could you please direct me on how to configure the menu to get the old view back?

    I have double mentioned with team. But i have not yet receive it yet 🙂
    @adam. Our package have issue with menu Shop. By this way we can’t get preconfigured to setup site as demo.

    Hi,

    I had to recreate menus from scratch, clearly there is a problem with support, since it took for ever to have a solution to my problem. This is the first time I feel disapointed with Joomlart’s support.
    It is disturbing really that prices are going up, while support goes down! Maybe it’s time for someone to do something about it.

    Thanks for your message, but it came very late.
    As I mentioned in my previous message, I was waiting since 05-17-2015 @jooservices, to provide me with a solution, since as he said: “We are in weekend. I’ll try to talk with my team at Monday.”
    Since then, it’s been several months and I had no response. Since I could not wait any longer, I resolved the problem my way. It’s not the best, but sorry, I believe that 5 months and no reply is far too much!
    Maybe in the future support would be more professional.
