How can I solve this?

Have you cleared the cache for the site?
What version of Joomla and the template are you using?

Hello Blaine,

I’m using Joomla 1.5.23 and JA Events template.
I have cleared the cache.
If someone access by iPhone in renewal of the cache, next access by desktop computer shows iPhone layout style (and viceversa).

Hi micheltorres,

Can you please try to upgrade your JA T3 plugin also and update your Joomla website to 1.5.24 (as you are on 1.5.22 so far) and please try to upgrade any 3rd party modules and or plugins you are using because i have searched on the entire code of our template and i couldn’t find {addShowHideJavscript} (which it’s wrong and it should be {addShowHideJavascript} ) and this is why it shows up there.

Please let me know if that works for you!

Hello pascm,

I updated Joomla and the plugin J3.
However, nothing has changed.

PS: I cleared the cache.

I found the tag in the following snippet of code.

Hi,

Where do you see that code ? That tag -> {addShowHideJavscript} is wrong and it’s not from JA Template as far as i can tell.
