I was wondering if there are any plans to support Anahita in the near future, the extension that I am interested in seeing as an Anhaita app is JA Voice.

The best answer to your question can be found at http://blog.anahitapolis.com/2011/02/anahita-is-not-a-joomla-extension/ as to the second question, yes most Joomla extensions can run on Anahita.

To further clarify my initial question, are there any plans to create Native Anahita Apps (in my case JA Voice)?

As far as I am aware, there are no plans at this time for such – especially with the long-time/term established availability of both JomSocial and CommunityBuilder.
