    Hello,
    I installed the template on a previous ja older template and installed all necessary extensions / components, however it seams the animation features are not working i.e.:

    <div class="ja-animate" data-animation="move-from-right" data-delay="200">

    I have it here on the call to action module position "section" bottom green.

    any plugin/module/ extension i’m missing to make this work? or?

    Hi JC,

    I don’t see the style for animation when inspecting elements on your site, could you share Admin + FTP account so I can take a look?

    It’s weird that it doesn’t load the necessary style for the animation. Could you backup your site first then I will try to compile less to css?

    Hi jc,

    I think there is problem with the cloudflare, I tried to add some custom css > clear all cache from backend of your site but see no affect on frontend. It may also prevents the style loading as I see the style already persists in template folder.

    Could you try to disable JCH plugin and CDN temporarily? and see how it goes.

    P/s: the FTP account doesn’t work.

    The CDN may prevents it from loading, did you try to temporarily disable it and see how it goes?

    I’m using a CDN (cloudflare) I had an issue with loading animation css so before anything this could be an issue. Above solution did not work for me.
