July 11, 2010 at 5:56 pm #152458After installing JA Anion I don’t the see the module positions it brings with the template. E.g. when trying to assing JA Slideshow 2 to the position content-mass-top it doesn’t appear in the list of positions. I don’t see content-top and others.

July 11, 2010 at 6:56 pm #349585Thanks John I have seen these already. The problem is in module manager, you select a module and from there you try to assign the position you want. I just don’t see in the list the positions that Anion brings.

July 11, 2010 at 7:02 pm #349587To be clear:
- Is this a QUICKSTART installation?
- Is the template working, you’re seeing the website, but you just aren’t seeing the module positions in the dropdown in the Admistrative area?
Thanks,

July 11, 2010 at 7:19 pm #349588Not a quickstart installation.
The template is working just fine and as you say I am just not seeing the module positions in the dropdown of the admin area.
Thanks.

July 11, 2010 at 7:23 pm #349589That’s odd. And we’ll look into it.
In the meantime, try simply typing in the positions into the dropdown menu. That is actually an editable area…you just need to be careful to spell the position EXACTLY as the template is looking for it.
John.

July 11, 2010 at 7:34 pm #349590John,
Typing the module positions manually works. Wish these would have been there on all themes. Thanks much for your help today.

July 11, 2010 at 7:49 pm #349594Gonna need a URL to answer this one.
By the way…did you make sure to “enable” the modules after you inserted the positions? 😛raccuglia Friendraccuglia

July 12, 2010 at 3:37 pm #349695I installed the template… seems to be missing positions as well, tried typing in but don’t see for example mass-top working.
Looked in the .xml file, don’t see it in the list.. what am I missing…
<positions>
<position>hornav</position>
<position>breadcrumbs</position>
<position>search</position>
<position>banner</position>
<position>left</position>
<position>right</position>
<position>top</position>
<position>user1</position>
<position>user2</position>
<position>user3</position>
<position>user4</position>
<position>user5</position>
<position>user6</position>
<position>user7</position>
<position>user8</position>
<position>user9</position>
<position>user10</position>
<position>user11</position>
<position>footer</position>
<position>syndicate</position>
<position>debug</position></positions>
Thanks.
July 14, 2010 at 4:27 pm #349930I am having the same issue with mass-top. I cannot get the slideshow to display where it should. I can get it to show on the Left and Right menus so I know it is configured properly, but mass-top is not listed in the positions and I have tried typing it in manually and neither work.
July 14, 2010 at 10:38 pm #349951Same Problem here with Mass-top
