At member area;
Renew JATC Standard Membership – 1 year with 1 domain is $49.00
For a new member;
JATC Standard Membership – 1 Year with 3 domains is $70.00

I want to buy 1 year membership with 3 domains, but there is no upgrade option for this. The only upgrade option is for Upgrade to JA Developer.

Is this possible?
Or i have to sign with a new username and buy 1 Year with 3 domains is $70.00.
It will be a little difficult at at forum with 2 accounts.

I asked a similar question. They are saying there’s a bug in the system that they are working on fixing.

When i login and click to Renew button i see the new member prices,
1 year JATC Standard Membership $70.

At the moment, your membership has expired, so that, you can not renew to “JATC Standard Membership – only with $49.00”. You will have to buy JATC Standard Membership – 1 year – $70.00 as a new member.

My membership is running with restrictions, i can log in and can see only public forums.

When i hit to renew button i just see:
JATC Standard Membership 3 Months 1 domain $59
JATC Standard Membership 1 Year 3 domains $70

JAEC Extension Membership options
and
JATC Developer Membership 1 Year 3 domains $499

As Hung Dinh said i had no choice for Renew JATC Standard Membership – 1 year with 1 domain is $49.00

Normally you will have to renew with the $70 if your subscription has expired. As stated in the email sent to you 30 days before expiration, you can only get that discount ($49) if you renew before the expired date.

However, I have made your account an exception for this so the renew package of $49 will be available in your member area in the next 7 days from now on.

So it’s grate time to make your renewal, yamant

I agree mfcphil,

The current renewal should be changed to “Extend package” for active subscription.
and there should be a new “Renew Package” plan for expired subscription

I will think more about this and restructure the product in our membership software.

I see in the record that you have tried to sign up for JA Extensions Club but there is no payment record.
