I am sorry that we do not have the 40% for upgrading or any membership type. The maximum discount rate varies and depends on different factors (loyal customers, promotion, renewal, etc.), but the maximum rate will not excess 30% and apply for some cases only.

Please submit the ticket via your registered email to the ticket system so that the Customer Support will check your account and give you the discount (if Yes) for your upgrading 🙂
