I just tested JA Nex T3v2 framework on Joomla 3.3.0 but I did not see any issue with this version. Here are steps for your reference:

+ Backup all data on your site
+ Download Joomla upgrade version http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/frs/?action=index
+ Have it installed on your site. Here is userguide to upgrade Joomla for reference: http://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Upgrading_from_an_existing_version

Just upgraded via Installatron and it seems there is no problem by the first look.
