This template has been validated css, excluding something related to specific browsers (Eg: -moz, -webkit).

well, I am confused to see you say it is already validated.
this is the result of the demo:
    http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_community_plus/&profile=css3&usermedium=all&warning=1&vextwarning=&lang=en
    463 errors. (CSS level 3).

    Hello kennyd,
Using CSS3 for all browsers won’t be validated with current W3C CSS Validator. However, you can be sure that it completely works good with all modern browsers (firefox, safari, chrome…). If you don’t want to use CSS3, just removed or empty the css3 styles. Thank you.
