Hi there,

I’m just wondering about the possibilities of adding some smaller description test on the Slideshow : style-owl on brickstore, as it only gives me the option to add a title?

Any ideas are welcome,

Hi,

You will need to tweak this module a bit to achieve that. Here is my workaround:

• Download & unzip the attached files
• Copy 2 files: style-owl.php and style-owl.xml

to this directory: root/templates/ja_brickstore/acm/slideshow/tmpl/

Remember to backup these files first.

Then go to the backend of this module and add description for each item. But, of course, you will have to style for this description.

Hi there,

So the files worked in the backend BUT when I add some description text it appears below the owl-banner in a separate black coloured block below the banner on the front end!?

Can you please advise on how to get the text inside the banner….

Something like this:

.acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .sl-desc {
    position: absolute;
    left: 30%;
    text-align: center;
    top: 80%;
    font-size: 50px;
}

you can add into the file: http://ch1vph.xyz/ri2k/templates/ja_brickstore/local/acm/slideshow/css/themes/dark-peach/style.css
