About the application for a position that a job seeker has sent via JobWelcome, I can’t know which employer the position belongs to. When i click on the job title, the link shown does’t match with the position that the candidate applied for.

Please help!!!!

When I registered as employer, I can not open the resume attached.

Please solve this!!!

Hi zealze,

1. I can’t know which employer the position belongs to.
=>
You can manage Applications in BackEnd => JobBoard => Application Manager
When employers log in on FrontEnd, they can mange their applications via Employer Menu Items.

2. When i click on the job title, the link shown does’t match with the position that the candidate applied for.

Please describe this issue more details.
Where did you click on the job title? (On BackEnd or FrontEnd)

3. When I registered as employer, I can not open the resume attached.
=>
Please describe this issue more details. Employer can view application details and download attached resume when they have applications.

:confused: –>> I enabled <Jaapplications / Jaempllist> from BackEnd, and registered as employer on FrontEnd to look at the application from candidate, but it did’nt work.

:confused: –>> On FrontEnd, employer can view the detail of candidate from resume form, but when download the resume attached, employer can’t not see it.
On BackEnd either, admin can’t view the attached.
