I have a question?

I was doing some modifications to customized contact appointment article and although some changes were good some not.

For example:

I lost all the icons when I change the address, phone and email. How can I get those icons back with the new information?

ARTICLES the word, show up on the top of my text and I want to remove it but I do not know how

..And somebody can help me to connect the SUBMIT BUTTON with my feedback email

You can find my answers to your concerns as below:

I checked your site and saw that you’re enabling MCE editor which strips <i> tag displaying these icons: http://prntscr.com/4iiqt3 , you should disable this default editor via Global configuration on your site when editting this article. I just changed for you and these icons are showing now.

You can ftp into this file in your site: /templates/ja_medicare/html/com_content/article/default.php

Look for this line of code:
<?php if ($this->params->get('show_page_heading', 1)) : ?>

change value 1 to 0 and save your file
