It is approaching 96 hours since order and I still do not have my professionally installed site. What is the status?

I provided all of the requested information. It is 48 hours and no one has resounded to my e-mails.

What do I need to do to get someone with the knowledge to install on my deluxe shared GoDaddy server?

I have sent you a PM with the requested information.

Still no response to the prior e-mails to the installer. Thank you for looking into this. I need a solution ASAP.
