October 8, 2012 at 2:36 am #469345Hello ericribellarsi,
Sorry for my delay reply. It seems an issue of JA Comment. I contacted our developer for fixing this issue. Please follow its progress here http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAECCOMCOMMENTJVI-421
Regards.

October 21, 2012 at 4:49 pm #470649Hi Stork, has there been any progress on this ticket you opened? We’ve been checking but nothing seems to be updated.
October 27, 2012 at 4:33 am #471232Hi Stork, some new information:
We migrated to a new server today. Everything n our new server is working, except JA Comments. In the back-end, if I go to Components -> JA Comments we receive a black white screen.
Our new site is here (I will email the new credentials). Could you please take a look Stork, it seems that something is wrong with our database, and this is holding our entire project up.
November 2, 2012 at 1:27 am #471708Hi Stork do you have any kind of update here?
November 2, 2012 at 1:29 am #471709The support ticket has not been updated since the day it was created a month ago, and it have been two months since we created this forum thread! We need this resolved so that we can launch our site. Our entire project is waiting on this problem. We cannot login to the Comment component of our site. Please. If we need to pay you to fix this we will, but we need a resolution here.

November 2, 2012 at 3:15 am #471718Hello ericribellarsi,
I set “Error Reporting” in Global Configuration to “Development” to debug your problem. When I went to JA Comment in back-end, I saw following errors:
Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/kasamapr/public_html/plugins/system/azrul.system/azrul.system.php on line 52Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/kasamapr/public_html/plugins/system/joomsef/joomsef.php on line 29
They came from Azrul and JoomSEF plug-ins. So please contact these 3rd party providers to resolve these errors.
Regards.
November 20, 2012 at 7:08 pm #473677Stork, our memory limit problems were solved but we are still waiting on a bug fix here for the old problem were many pages of comments cannot be displayed. Is there any update?

December 10, 2012 at 4:03 am #475660Hello ericribellarsi,
I apologize for for the delay in following up your issues. I checked the problem with 20.000 comments recorded on local, but it works ok.
I visited to your site to re-check but JA Comment is removed from your site. Can you re-install it so that I can debug the code again?
Regards
