I am trying to install the Arabic RTL language for smashboard,
Every time i change the main module title to arabic it converts to “?????????”.as i saw here

What should i do?

I already tried to change in phpMyAdmin the “collation” to “utf8_general_ci”. but didn’t work…
Where do i change the charset of the file ? index.php ?

“This is what Admin Tools’ Change Database Collation feature excels at. With a single click it will change your database collation and all of your tables’ collations.” phpmyadmin didn’t change all the tables…
