I never tried to install any of them, but this one seems like it’s getting quite positive reviews by the Joomla! Community. You might try it (as soon as it comes back online, since it’s down atm).

I’m new to Joomla, but this is awesome…all I had to read was “Nintendo ROMS” and I was sold.
