I purchased a 1 year membership and have downloaded 2 templates so far (Teline III & Sanidine II) In each case there were extensions that were supposed to be included with the template but were not there.

I now see on the page that describes the packages that these extensions should be included at no charge. Is there a place to download these without having to buy an Extensions Membership?

Specifically I am looking for the Community Builder and Fireboard components on Sanidine, and for the Ja Bulletin component to use in Teline III.

Hi there,

Actually, as a JATC standard member, you can get all available templates and built extensions like in our demo site during your active period.

If you already downloaded package of JA Sanidine or JA Teline III, go to extensions folder and you can see JA Bulletin exts there in. For configuration, kindly go to JA Sanidine userguide or JA Teline III userguide for more information.

JA Sanidine is well tuned with Kurena and Community Builder. These two components are commercial and required to separately purchased at their main sites. Feel free to contact us if you see any problem with our template after intergrating the com into your site.
