I’d say it would be best to actually PM Hung Dingh about this, the contact form may have a redirect and be piled up?

Hung will respond very quickly to most request so this is an unusual situation, shoot of a PM give it 24 hrs to allow for time differences and let us know how you get on, I have no knowledge of the extension as I brought it and never used it yet

HI Andrea
To PM anyone on this forum, you first find a post from that person, then click on the name that person uses on the forum, from that name a list appears with a number of choices on of those choices is “send a PM ”
