OK..so when didt you guys change the renewal terms that if you dont renew by the last day of your subscription that you have to pay FULL price. I have sent tickets in asking questions for the past few days…and no answers. WHEN DID THIS CHANGE. I have been a member for 3 years and have never had to do this.

As you have received the email notifying of expiry date, you could see that we encourage those who renew early with special rates. However, for long stay and loyal members, you can always contact us for advantages in case you missed the chance.

Sorry but I could not find any tickets of yours about this question. Could you pass over the ID for further tracking, there might be problem with the search feature after we upgrade.
